Our Coupler Solutions
At Ennaar Infra Solutions LLP, we specialize in manufacturing parallel threaded mechanical couplers designed to join steel reinforcement bars (rebars) with high strength, accuracy, and ease of installation. Our coupler systems support 12mm to 40mm diameter bars, making them ideal for high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, dams, and metro infrastructure.
Our couplers are:
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified
- Compliant with IS 16172:2014, BS 8110, and ACI 318-14
- Tested for tensile strength, ductility, and seismic load performance

Parallel Threaded Couplers
Reliable, easy-to-install mechanical splicing for standard and seismic zones
Reducer Couplers
Designed to connect rebars of different diameters safely and efficiently
1. Parallel Threaded Couplers
Our EISL Parallel Threaded Couplers provide a full-strength connection without reducing the rebar’s cross-section. Using cold forging and parallel threading, they allow bar-to-bar connection with a simple screw-in action — no torque wrench required.
Features:
- For 12mm–40mm rebars
- Parallel-threaded, non-tapered design
- Ensures full ductile elongation of bars
- Fast and simple bar rotation installation
- Individually marked for traceability
Types Available:
- Type A – Standard Coupler: Both bars can be rotated.
- Type B – Seismic Coupler: For earthquake-prone zones (tested under reverse cyclic loads).
- Type C – Position Coupler: For fixed bars, includes lock-nut to hold the second bar in place.
Applications:
- Slabs & Columns
- Beams & Retaining Walls
- Precast Structures & Cages
- Metro, Tunnel, and Bridge Components
2. Reducer Couplers
Our Reducer Couplers solve the challenge of splicing reinforcement bars of unequal sizes without manual tapering or cutting.
Features:
- Precision-threaded for dissimilar bar sizes
- Maintains axial alignment and full load transfer
- Saves rebar wastage and simplifies design flexibility
- Compatible with standard threading machines
Applications:
- Bridge piers with size transitions
- Column-to-footing connections
- Retrofitting & structure modification zones
- Precast element transitions
Rebar Preparation Process
Our couplers use a 3-step preparation system to ensure secure and durable connections:
Cutting: Rebar ends cut square
Cold Forging: Ends enlarged to increase core strength
Threading: Parallel threads formed to match coupler dimensions
All couplers are tested and batch-coded for traceability and QA compliance.

Questions? You Need Answer
Everything you need to know about our coupler systems
A parallel threaded coupler is a mechanical splicing device used to connect two rebars end-to-end using parallel threads. It ensures full strength transfer without reducing the bar’s cross-section and eliminates the need for lap splicing.
Yes. All Ennaar couplers comply with IS 16172:2014, BS 8110, and ACI 318-14 standards, and are manufactured under our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
Type A is for standard splicing when both bars can be rotated.
Type B is designed for seismic zones and cyclic loading.
Type C is used when neither bar can rotate and includes a lock-nut.
Yes. Our Reducer Couplers are specially designed to connect rebars of different sizes, ensuring safe load transfer and eliminating on-site modifications.
